Data Deletion Policy

1. Requesting Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your FitCalorie waitlist, website, or app-related personal data by emailing us at support@chromacreativeagency.com.

2. What to Include

• Your full name.
• The email address used for FitCalorie.
• Your WhatsApp number, if you submitted one.
• A clear request such as: “Please delete my FitCalorie data.”

3. What We Delete

Depending on your use of FitCalorie, we may delete or anonymize waitlist entries, contact details, app account data, food logs, nutrition logs, water logs, weight logs, and other account-linked information.

4. What May Be Retained

Some information may be retained where required for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, audit logs, dispute resolution, or backup recovery. Where possible, retained information will be minimized or anonymized.

5. Processing Time

We aim to review deletion requests within a reasonable period after verifying the request. Some technical backups may take longer to cycle out.

6. Account Deletion Inside the App

When the FitCalorie app is live, we may provide in-app account deletion options from the account or settings area. This page will be updated with exact in-app steps once available.
